This strawberry peach smoothie recipe combines juicy peaches, sweet strawberries, and Greek yogurt into a seriously creamy four-ingredient smoothie. It comes together in your blender in just five minutes and is an excellent choice for enjoying the flavors of summer.

Making Delicious Smoothies at Home
Homemade smoothies are fun to make and a great way to eat more fruits and vegetables. They are also one of the easiest kitchen skills to master. Simply gather your ingredients, cut them into chunks your blender can process, toss it all in, and blend. It’s really not much more difficult than that.
What makes this strawberry-peach smoothie unique is the combination of ingredients. This smoothie depends on all fruit for its flavor and is naturally sweet without any added sugar or sweeteners. Like my berry avocado smoothie, this one is also yogurt-based, which puts the dreamy in this creamy, dreamy smoothie.

Strawberry Peach Smoothie Ingredients
The selection of fruit that goes into this strawberry-peach smoothie makes it special. Without the strawberries and peaches it won’t be a strawberry peach smoothie. From there, you can add optional add-ins to make it uniquely your own. And you will need milk to help think out the smoothie. Use whatever kind you keep on hand, dairy or plant-based options like coconut milk, oat milk, or almond milk are also good.

Featured Ingredient: Fresh (or Frozen) Strawberries
Fresh strawberries are great if in season. However, frozen strawberries are best if out of season and/or you like a thicker smoothie. Fresh, ripe strawberries add a bit more liquid to the smoothie, which can help if you prefer a slightly thinner consistency with added creaminess without extra milk or water.
Use frozen strawberries to make a thicker smoothie. They act like ice cubes, adding body and texture without extra liquid to your strawberry smoothie.
I am a true believer that both fresh and frozen stawberries have a place in the kitchen. If its strawberry season, treat yourself to this delicate and light strawberry creme brulee, strawberry shortcake, or a strawberry mojito wine popsicle on a warm summer day. If you have some frozen stawberries taking up space in the freezer, this stawberry rhubarb jam or strawberries brownies with frozen strawberries are meant for you.

How to Make this Easy Strawberry Peach Smoothie Recipe
Making a deliciously creamy smoothie is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Measure your ingredients into the blender. Puree until smooth. Serve immediately. You can measure by volume or weight, and as you gain more experience in what you like, you’ll be able to measure by sight. My preference is to put the blender pitcher on my scale and measure by weight so that I get consistent results.

Tips for Making Smoothies
No matter how easy a recipe may be, there is always room for a few tips to make your success guaranteed. When it comes to smoothies, most problems are about getting just the right consistency.
- For a super thick, rich smoothie – Swap out some of the fresh fruit for frozen fruit and add the milk a little at a time as you blend the rest of the ingredients. You may not use all of the milk. Add just enough to thin out the smoothie as needed.
- If your smoothie is too thin – Try adding a bit more Greek yogurt, or throw in a few ice cubes.
- If your smoothie is too thick – Add more milk or thin it out with some water.

How to Store a Strawberry Peach Smoothie
While smoothies made with fresh fruit can easily be refrigerated for later, if you opt for frozen fruit to make your smoothie thicker, it will thin out when stored in the fridge. You can even make this smoothie the night before and have it ready to go in your fridge when it’s time to dash out the door.
If you aren’t planning to drink it within a day, or you rely on frozen fruit to make it even thicker and creamier, the best longer-term storage method I’ve found is to pour it into ice cube trays and freeze it. When you are ready to enjoy pop the ice cubes back into the blender to return it to its thick, smooth consistency.

If you use frozen peaches and strawberries how do you use ?
Just toss the frozen fruit in with the rest of the ingredients. As long as your blender is strong enough, they should blend right into a puree. If you’d like a thinner texture to your smoothie, let the fruit thaw before blending or let the smoothie thaw after blending.
