Simple Croissant  Breakfast Casserole

1. Preheat the oven to 375 F / 190 C. Lightly oil the bottom and sides of a standard 10.25" cast iron pan.

2. Arrange halved croissants in a cast iron pan. Crack eggs onto croissants, add tomatoes, cheese, prosciutto, and thyme. Bake in the oven for 10–20 minutes, adjusting for desired egg doneness.
