SIMPLE Ingredients

1. Wash and trim green beans. 2. Mince shallot. 3. Measure out remaining ingredients.

PREP work

Sautee the shallots in oil until softened and fragrant. Add in worcestershire, chicken stock, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

Build the Sauce

Add the green beans, stir to coat, then cover and cook until beans are tender-crisp. About 8 - 10 minutes.

Blanche the Beans

Uncover and turn up the heat. Cook to reduce the sauce and finish the beans.
