–olive oil – 1 small shallot – fresh green beans (washed and trimmed) – low sodium chicken stock – Worcestershire sauce – kosher salt* – fresh ground black pepper

Ingredients

1. Mince shallot. Clean and trim beans. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook shallots for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
