No-bake peanut butter oatmeal bars are a quick and tasty no bake treat. With a chewy texture and the perfect balance of savory peanut butter and sweet honey they are great for an afternoon pick me up, post workout recharge, or breakfast on the go.

Old-Fashioned Oats

KEY INGREDIENT

1. Line a 9" x 9" or 8" x 8" square cake pan with parchment paper.

PREP YOUR PAN

2. Measure oats into a medium size mixing bowl.

MEASURE THE OATS

3. Heat peanut butter and honey in a small saucepan. Stir to combine. Once the edges start to bubble stir constantly until the texture is smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.

HEAT IN A SAUCEPAN

4. Remove from flame, add vanilla and salt, mix completely.

REMOVE & aDD

5. Pour peanut butter honey mixture over oats. Fold oats into the mixture until evenly coated.

POUR & FOLD

– old fashioned oats – peanut butter – honey – vanilla – salt
