Bangers & Mash with Guinness Gravy

Mashed potatoes, sausages, and Guinness gravy. It's a bowl full of comfort food!

Start by chopping the potatoes

Cover with water & boil until tender

Make Guinness gravy

Pierce the bangers with a knife, then fry until done. 

Mash the potatoes, adding butter, milk, salt, and pepper. 

Serve the bangers on top of the mash and cover with the Guinness gravy.
