Every few years two of my favorite May celebrations fall on the same weekend – Cinco de Mayo and the Kentucky Derby. While both of them are fun to celebrate on their own, sometimes it’s even more fun to bring the two together for a Cinco de Derby feast. From mint juleps to margaritas, here are the recipes I’m planning for this weekend-long celebration.
